The location is excellent, close to subway stations and eateries, and the value for money matched my needs; the room was ready a bit before the official check‑in time. I would have liked a larger, more welcoming lobby café.

The room size matched the pictures on Booking, the facilities were adequate, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was a bit plain, offering only one slice of bread and coffee, whereas earlier they had a small buffet.

The room was spotless and the central location was convenient for nearby restaurants and shops, but the receptionist was very rude; when I asked for directions to another place he refused, saying he had other things to do.

The hotel is right next to Berjaya Square, and the room and bathroom were spacious, but we had two beds—one was fine while the other had springs that stuck out.

I found the room spacious enough, fully equipped with all expected amenities and spotlessly clean. The location in Kuala Lumpur is superb, with major shopping centres, including Pavilion, within walking distance. The buffet breakfast could use a broader selection, but otherwise it was fine.
