I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The owner double charged us and then claimed she was no longer affiliated with the booking platform, leaving me to pay cash to secure our stay. Although the accommodation rate seemed reasonable initially, the lack of amenities like water, electricity, and a duvet made it uncomfortable. The hotel's refusal to rectify the situation was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
