The place was super cozy, and the reception was incredibly friendly and warm. I didn't find anything I disliked.

The place itself is actually nice and clean. However, because the reception also opens quite late, there is basically no one around to ask anything. It feels a bit like you’re staying alone in someone’s house and have to figure everything out yourself. The reception closes very early, so you have to complete the check-in online by yourself. The form is only available in Spanish, which is inconvenient — I really don’t understand why there isn’t an English version. At 9:30 in the morning, there was still no one at reception. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but no coffee capsules. I sent a message to ask about it, but only received a reply after we had already checked out. It was also mentioned that breakfast was available, but again, there was no information about how or where to get it, so you’re basically left to figure that out yourself as well. Overall, the accommodation itself is perfectly fine, clean and comfortable, but the communication and lack of staff availability really need improvement

The silence and comfort of the bed were great. The towels weren’t changed for two days, and they didn’t restock shampoos or makeup wipes.
