The staff were overwhelmed by a group of 40 people, very uncomfortable; our room wasn’t cleaned.

I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place; the location is very convenient for accessing all the activities in the area. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was excellent

The staff were incredibly helpful, meeting every need we had and even more. The room was spotless and the balcony offered a truly wonderful view. I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it.

The location and friendliness of the staff were positives. However, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and overall hygiene in the premises was poor. The photos posted online do not resemble the actual hotel at all.
