The staff were friendly and the room was nice. Breakfast was decent. The parking situation was chaotic, especially because there was no signage to locate the correct parking area. After paying to park at the church, I was told to move my car to the hotel lot and that I would not be charged. At check‑out I was told I was not being charged for parking, but that was a lie—I was actually charged.

The reception staff were friendly and part of the regular team, but they were unable to provide a replacement or compensation for the main issue (broken shower). The shower in the room was boiling hot, could not be regulated, and was unusable. No solution was offered before departure. A replacement room for showering had been promised (due to no‑shows) but the night shift at reception did not release it. The hotel management did not respond to our written complaint and also refused any accommodation after an intervention that was made without a known justification.

I liked the location and the room was nice, but parking costs extra and they only offer valet parking.
