Everything liked. The staff were very friendly, approachable, helpful, smiling, and always ready to assist. The hotel was very pretty and clean. We stayed in the apartment and would definitely recommend it to families with children. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were super; they adjusted everything to our wishes. The ladies at reception and in the spa center also deserve praise.

Great location in the nature reserve on the mountain, ideal for motorcyclists for stopovers. The spa facilities are top quality. Nothing to add.

All praise: accommodation, food and service are top! This was our first visit to the hotel and the place; we are absolutely thrilled! The warmth of the staff and everything offered, from amenities to meals, are all highly recommended.

The hotel looked stylish in the photos, but the room was very small and too warm; it was only bearable at night with the window open. The noise from the power units kept us from sleeping, and the breakfast on the first day was terrible, only a little better on the second day, but nowhere near 4‑star quality. If you don’t have to stay in the park, there are better options in Bosnia for the same price.

This was our third visit because we love nature, the spa centre, and the food is very delicious; the staff were pleasant and helpful and our accommodation was quite comfortable. Adding a water boiler for coffee in the room was a plus, but some aspects still need refinement to justify a 4‑star rating. Children under 16 were allowed in the spa centre, which violated the rules. We had a large balcony that was spacious but poorly furnished, with only a table and a few chairs for the wide area. On one occasion we waited much longer than expected for dinner and the waiter was visibly nervous because the restaurant was hosting a birthday party. Prices were higher than last year, yet the service remained unchanged, and there weren’t enough pool chairs for all guests.
