The staff were fantastic – Marcelo and Desirée at the restaurant were very professional, and Aitor the chef was excellent. We don’t know the names of all the waiters, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms vary a lot and frankly need a makeover; I don’t know who designed them, but they did a terrible job. The first day I didn’t like my room at all, so the next day we paid a bit more and were switched. The new room was huge, with a balcony and a very large bathroom – we were very happy with the change thanks to Ana Cristina, the receptionist. The situation is unbeatable. The pool on the top floor is small but sufficient; we’re more into the beach. We’ll definitely return.
