Hôtel Maison Otis

It’s a small hotel but located in the city center, a convenient spot. The room’s interior and wall art are lovely. It was cleaned thoroughly and I had a comfortable stay. Most of all, the front desk lady was kind and appreciated.

“Bon pour une nuit mais peut mieux faire”

Ideal spot for exploring Baie‑Saint‑Paul. The room was very spacious and the bedding comfortable. The bathroom also has a bathtub, which is rather rare, and free parking is available. The parking is a bit poorly located (behind the building), which required a detour to bring our four suitcases to the room. Fortunately, when heading toward the car I spotted a hotel parking spot right next to the entrance, so I could move the car (the hotel plate was hidden by trees). Since the bathroom has a bathtub, it would be useful to have a soap dispenser there too. The exit bath mat was torn/abraded… I wanted to take a bath and found dust and hair/pores floating after filling the tub (not mine), so it would be good to clean the tub better; I emptied the tub and rinsed it before taking another bath. The room is on the first floor without an elevator, which is inconvenient given how loaded we were.

“We lived the hotel and its location in the centre of town b was amazing”

The place is well situated, the room is clean and nice, and the staff were helpful. We had to climb stairs to reach our room.

The hotel’s location and the warm welcome at check‑in were great, and the room was very beautiful, well‑decorated and spotless; even though it sits on the main street, it’s surprisingly quiet for sleeping. This was my first time here, but I’ll definitely return! ☺️ Everything was truly perfect!
