They did not honor the reservation and the staff couldn't resolve anything; they blamed the app, but that day I booked another hotel through the app and it had never happened to me before.

The app showed rooms available, I booked, but when I arrived they denied the room and the hotel didn't cancel the reservation. I sent an email but they didn't cancel; I don't know if they'll charge me.
