The staff were helpful, and because I was feeling unwell from the heat they switched on the AC in my room before the scheduled time. The location is great, right next to the bus terminal, and the hotel offers a pool and many other facilities worth using. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary. The mattress could have been better, and the bathrooms need a little more maintenance.

The location and facilities of the place were good. The bed was near the bathroom door, which caused a lot of noise.

The common areas—pool and terraces—were nice, and the shared kitchen was functional with access to a fridge. In our case, the room was quite large with a private bathroom. It’s next to the ADO terminal and the bus to Chichen Itza. There were ants and a few other insects, but nothing dramatic.

We were able to drop off our luggage before check‑in. We enjoyed the peaceful breakfast by the pool and the Frida Kahlo quotes on the walls. We found a large cockroach in the shower, but that can happen.
