The unit was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast arrived on time and was more than adequate. The staff were polite and the grounds were quiet and relaxing. Quiet hours began a bit early (though I liked the quiet) and the pool was a bit small (but there was one). Street parking was available.

The vibe around the property was great.

The value, cleanliness and professional staff were excellent, but there was a lot of traffic on the roadway in front of the property.

Everything was fine, but the letter for the keys was in a box we didn't know about.

The Key West property was lovely and authentic, the beds and pillows were very comfy, breakfast was great, public outdoor areas were great, and the private terrace outside the Library room was great, yet the room wasn’t ready until after 3, we’d had a long drive and just wanted to be in to shower, and the pool was tiny and didn’t really look inviting.
