There was hair on the towels and roaches, ants, crickets everywhere! The male staff was extremely rude. Clean the place, fumigate, train the male reception to be humble.

The staff were genuinely friendly and the location was excellent, but I suspect there are bedbugs and the hotel really needs to address that problem; everything else was fine.
