The location is excellent, close to the Dotombori area, and even though the reception is under renovation, it doesn’t feel like it; everything is very good. The only downside is that they don’t offer free days, haha.

The location is great, but the hotel was pretty noisy for our taste, indicating the soundproofing could be better. We were unaware there were works in progress, and the coin laundry was out of service for all three days we stayed.
