The staff were really friendly, which made our stay enjoyable, but we were surprised they didn't offer complimentary water in the room - seems like a basic amenity to us. Everything else was good, though.

This place has amazing design and interior - it's really something special. Can't think of anything to criticize, it was all good!

The view from room 202 was great value, and the dinner buffet was incredible - so much food it was hard to choose! The music in the restaurant was lovely, and the whole hotel felt luxurious, from the lobby to the staff. Our porter was super helpful and polite when we left. The only downside is that it's so nice, you don't want to leave!
