The location is very good, with a tram/metro that works perfectly. It feels like home, and during our week they offered to change towels, sheets and clean the room. The area is super quiet! There was some dampness and a noticeable smell because the bathroom and toilet are in the same room as the bedroom and there’s no window to ventilate properly (there is a vent, but it may not be enough). For a short stay it’s quite acceptable.
