The setting is picturesque and well‑located, and the staff are helpful. What I liked less was the limited selection at the breakfast buffet.

The mattresses are comfortable, the décor is super stylish, and the views are amazing from every floor! I shared a room, and the beds lack curtains for privacy, which isn’t bad but I’m used to having them.

“Accettabile ma molto da migliorare”

There was a roof over my head. Everything else was awful. The first room smelled like crazy dampness. Everything was poorly maintained and shabby. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and creaked loudly. The bathroom was dirty and even had trash in the bin. A ridiculous thing: the TV remote was missing; I asked reception, and they promised to bring it that day… never seen it. It shows how little care they have for guests. The power outlets were open with zero safety. The breakfast was plentiful but always the same items: only milk, juice, and an American coffee. Fruit was just a melon once.

The location, the panoramic common terrace, the ability to park a motorcycle in the courtyard, and the good, varied breakfast were positives. The room was tiny, had no air conditioning, no luggage rack, no power sockets near the bed, and the light switch was only next to the entrance door; there was no way to turn off the light from the bed. The bathroom had a leak that was fixed the next day. The fan broke and was never replaced.

“Rooms needs to be Deep cleaned and WiFi should be fixed.”

Breakfast and a terrace view were good. The room was dusty everywhere, seemed uncleaned for ages, with dirty carpets and bad pillows. Wi‑Fi didn’t really work, which was annoying. The washroom wasn’t fully covered, so there was no real privacy; if you share the room you can hear and see through a faded glass. These points should be mentioned before booking.
