The staff were very courteous, and the rooms were good‑sized and clean. However, the customer service for room changes was lacking: I had accidentally booked two different tiers and was told a large fee was required to switch, far more than the cost of the higher tier room. They blamed the third‑party booking and offered no assistance.

The hotel was close to the station, making it easy to go anywhere. The bedding was excellent and helped me sleep deeply. I would definitely add breakfast; the variety was rich and the taste was superb.

The staff were impressive, with many fluent in Japanese. The gym, pool, and spa were available, and the room had a bathtub that could be filled when it got cold. The breakfast buffet offered so many options that I couldn't finish everything, which made me very satisfied. The only question I had was about the price.

The location is unbeatable—walking to the famous Khao Man Gai takes less than 10 minutes. I ate seafood at the night market and also tried stinky tofu, which left me satisfied.
