The pre‑arrival help about the Faló de San Guissepe festival from Carmen and the offer to swap accommodation for the Castle of Bovino were great. During the stay, Francesco and the other staff member provided flawless information and service, making it easy to come back for a longer stay. Everything was correct and perfect.
