Everything worked well, especially Cin who helped us with everything we needed and spoke great English; the issue, common in China, is that not everyone speaks English. The pool could have been more appealing.

The bathroom was dirty, the first‑floor toilet was very filthy, some breakfast items were not fresh, the room had no windows, and there were no washing or drying machines, making it inconvenient for family travel.

The hotel was beautiful, and Cin, an intern, provided excellent service and looked after us; thanks, Cin! Nothing was wrong, everything was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly, especially Cin who was very helpful; they also guided us to Muslim‑friendly food, the chef explained all ingredients, and the rooms were clean and tidy. It was a great stay in Kunming, and we’ll definitely return. Nothing was lacking, everything was perfect.
