We were traveling with family , a group of 10 with majority of elderly people and reached late night so we dint get a chance to change hotel last minute. The hotel said they have not received any booking on their server even when we shared the booking confirmation . All 4 rooms booked online were triply bed however we were given 2 triple and 2 double bed rooms due to low availability.The rooms were in worst condition. Bed sheets were smelly and stained. The bathrooms were filthy and they did not provide any room service. Do not rely on the photos posted online, the actual room condition does not justify

The room was okay, but there were cockroaches and mosquitoes. The AC wasn’t working properly.

Nothing. Everything- location, room service, staff, hygiene, toiletries, No food at the hotel, no lift working, no proper location, wrong address
