The staff weren’t welcoming, and at the restaurant something was always missing. When I checked in I paid for my stay, but when I checked out they wanted me to pay again—administrative chaos. No receipts or proof of payment.

The service was very pleasant and helpful, check‑in was easy, and there was parking right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was awful; the cucumber was dry as if it had been cut the day before, and there was no water or juice offered. The room never had its towels changed, we ran out of toilet paper, and only had two tiny bottles of soap. The photos on Booking don’t match the actual room and bathroom, which were dirty. The bedside tables and headboards had finger marks, the walls were extremely dirty, the bathroom tiles were cracked and filthy, and the used towels were gray instead of white. In short, I would not recommend it at all. We even left a night early and they didn’t notice it wasn’t the last day.
