Villa Lyudmila in Utjeha sits on a pristine beachfront, offering panoramic sea views and direct access to the sand. The recently renovated guest house features family rooms with private bathrooms, air‑conditioning, and private pools, each with a balcony or terrace. Guests enjoy a lush garden, outdoor fireplace, barbecue, seasonal pool, free Wi‑Fi, and multilingual staff. Nearby Paljuskovo Beach is a 9‑minute walk, while Podgorica Airport is 59 km away.

We booked the apartment with a kitchen and balcony. So far it’s the most beautiful and clean place I’ve seen in Montenegro: spacious, functional, in great condition. Highly recommend it. The pool is small but impeccably maintained, perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours. The location is ideal for reaching various spots on the beach, 50 m from the mini‑market. Shout‑out to Viktor, the apartment manager: friendly, meticulous, and efficient. During the week there was a brief water system issue for a few hours, but it was quickly resolved.

The location is close to the beach. The host is very nice, communicative, and helpful. The apartment is clean, well‑maintained, with a terrace offering a beautiful sea view. The facility offers a guest pool, which was very useful as a break from the sea. We’re very satisfied with our stay here and recommend it. Greetings to host Mr. Victoria and Mrs. Ludmiła.

Mrs. Ludmiła is an amazing woman, very open and helpful. She will assist with everything, explain what to see, guide you around—an angelic host. If you’re visiting Montenegro for the first time, I hope you find a duo like Mrs. Ludmiła and Mr. Oleg, known as Leszek 😁. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
