What struck me most was how thoughtfully everything was arranged, down to the smallest detail. The common areas are beautiful, spotless, and offer complimentary food and drinks—an oasis of calm in Chiang Mai's old town. The hoh team gave excellent, friendly recommendations whenever we asked. They care so much that they even provide lockers for early check‑ins and late check‑outs. I loved the complimentary shampoo, the room feels cozy, everything is impeccably clean and well maintained, even better than the photos.

The owner and assistants are kind and friendly. It’s hard to find anything to criticize about this perfect, accommodating place that meets its guests’ needs. Nothing to say.

The location is great in the old city, right beside many temples. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were amazing, and overall the guesthouse is well‑maintained and cute. The kitchen had all the tools and simple groceries (bread, eggs, noodles, etc.) to make a quick breakfast, which was really handy. The staff were lovely too! I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

Everything, from the location to the super friendly and lovely staff, was perfect. If I had to nitpick, the shower head could have more pressure. That’s all; everything else was near perfection.
