Nothing. Don't book these apartments; our experience was awful and we had to book another hotel in Tournai. When we arrived, the duvet had brown‑red stains that looked like dried blood; dark marks and drips were clearly visible on the shower tiles, especially under the faucet, plus dirt and visible residues in that area; the toilet had paper/residues inside the bowl and the water looked like it had been used.

Cleanliness. I liked everything.

The spot is super central – you can walk to almost anything in minutes – and the room was big and bright, already cleaned when I arrived. The downside? Breakfast was a joke: only one cup and one spoon, and the kettle was so limescale‑heavy it practically boiled over. The bathroom was dark, no proper lighting, and there was no coat rack to hang anything.

The owner was really friendly, but the place itself was a nightmare. Dust everywhere, the bathroom was a limescale mess with rusty pipes, and there were hanging wires in the tub. To top it off, insects were crawling in the bed.

I got an upgrade and it was a total win – the extra space and better view made all the difference.
