The room was very clean. It also had a small kitchenette with basic equipment. The host was very friendly and helpful even before check‑in. The property is close to the metro, from which we could quickly reach the city centre.

The property sits in a very local area, so the nearby restaurants are really good and cheaper than those near Rome’s historic centre. Getting to those historic sites is easy, just a 10‑minute walk to the nearest metro station, but be warned that trains can be delayed and crowded during peak hours, so try to catch an earlier train. The property manager is very kind and very responsive on WhatsApp. There was a water outage in the neighbourhood because something broke and the whole area was without water that night; when we informed the manager he quickly responded, went to the workers to see when it would be fixed, and arranged bottled water for us. Thank you, we really appreciate it! The walls are actually very thin; if a loud neighbour is present you will hear everything. I think the easy solution is to give guests a heads‑up and implement a quiet period from 10 pm to 7 am so guests are aware and can be respectful to each other.
