The staff are really welcoming, but the hotel doesn't quite live up to its photos - the furniture and textiles look different in person.

The professionalism and kindness of the staff really made our stay, even with a language barrier. However, they do struggle to communicate in languages other than Chinese, which was a bit of a challenge.

The location and staff at this hotel are definitely its strong points - they're super helpful, especially since we don't speak Chinese. We also really appreciated the self-service laundry on the 8th floor, it's a great convenience. However, the rooms can get pretty hot with the central air system, and switching to individual AC didn't make a huge difference. Plus, the hallways have a lingering cigarette smell that's kinda unpleasant.
