The sitting area was nice, but the bedding, pillows, and air conditioner next to the bed were bad, the coffee in the room was poor, there was no breakfast included for the price, we only had one car parking pass so we had to move one car off‑site, and overall I was disappointed for what I paid.

The place was very clean and located in a great spot.

The location was good, but the mattress and pillows need to be replaced because they’re currently very uncomfortable, so we couldn’t sleep.

The place had no breakfast and only Kcups for coffee. The room assigned to us was stuffy and hot right when we walked in; the AC was at the far end and would have taken forever to cool the bedroom. The bedroom window was broken with an over‑inch gap, letting in humidity and road noise, making it unacceptable for guests. We requested a move and were given a new room, but the one we left was already occupied before we even unpacked, which felt very unprofessional. The wifi and TV streaming were terrible, and we were charged an extra $15/day resort fee for absolutely nothing.

The suite was roomy with a nice lake view, and we enjoyed coffee and wine on the balcony. It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The bedroom TV had a funky remote that didn’t let us access the channels that were supposed to be showing.
