The location is very good.

The swimming pool and the rooms are clean. The living room door can’t lock properly, so we had to call maintenance to fix it. When using the shower, the water didn’t come on; it stopped. We called maintenance a second time to fix it. One of the chairs at the dining table was already broken; if someone leans back, they might fall.

The high‑floor view, comfortable rooms and space, and the price and location are all excellent. The pool wasn’t cleaned and the gym had no air conditioning; the interior maintenance was disappointing.

The place is neat and clean. The toilet was very wet after use; more towels for drying would help or it’s very slippery.

The apartment was huge and spotless, but we picked the place for its pool and ended up unable to use it for two days because of water problems, and nobody warned us.
