We really liked Auberge de l'olivier for its tranquility; it felt like we were the only ones in the world. The kitchen was fully equipped, but the heat made cooking unappealing, so we ate on the terrace at noon and took a nap. There were darts, a board game inside, and even a morning workout on the treadmill before heading out to explore. Room 1 was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a window, and blinds open toward the stars… I recommend this place and would love to return with family or friends to share it. Thank you.

Gite d'Olivier is a perfect spot to discover the Gien region, as rich as other parts of the Loire Valley. Located in the heart of Saint Brisson on the Loire and near its castle, the stop is ideal for exploring the area (Briare Canal, Gien and its faience,…) over several days or simply if you’re passing by on a bike along the Loire route. The place is very clean and well equipped. The bathroom is very comfortable. Top!
