The accommodation was absolutely fine, exactly as described and in the photos. Good accessibility and price. The neighborhood and location of the stay were not ideal.

I’m Argentine and this was my first time in Rome; the room I ordered was excellent, the cleanliness was luxurious, everything was immaculate, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything for cooking. I didn’t use it, but I could heat water to brew mate without problems. The distance from the center feels noticeable, but literally a block away there’s a bus (105) that drops you at the termini station, and the same bus returns almost to the building’s door.

It was a self‑sufficient and convenient place to stay, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The biggest disappointment was the bed linen – it smelled extremely stale and sour, making the room very unpleasant. I specifically booked a private room for comfort and a good night’s sleep, but I barely slept because of the odor. It completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for a private room. The room was also not cleaned during my two‑night stay. Fresh bed linen is a basic expectation and a very inexpensive investment that can make a huge difference to guests’ comfort. No guest should have to sleep on sheets that smell this bad. Even after I left, my clothes absorbed the unpleasant odor from the bedding. This issue seriously affected my stay and should be addressed as a priority.
