The staff were really flexible, which was great - especially since the hotel is close to Kalamassery, so it's a good spot if you've got events in the area. However, the cleanliness was seriously lacking. The room was noisy, the towels and bedding were disgusting, and there was a horrible smell. The wardrobe was covered in dirt, too. Overall, it was a pretty poor experience.

I was initially really disappointed with my room - it was mouldy, and the bedding and pillows were dirty. But the staff swapped me to a different room pretty quickly, and that one was a lot better. It was clean, well-ventilated, and just generally nice. So, while the hotel messed up at first, they fixed it, and the second room was good.

The hotel was pretty meh, but the real kicker was that there was no hot water - a total dealbreaker for me. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a stay.

The staff at this place were really friendly and helpful, but honestly, the room was huge - not exactly what I'm used to.

The room was a disaster, with dust everywhere and a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. I was especially grossed out by the amount of dust that had built up under the bed. It's clear that cleanliness wasn't a priority here. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience.
