“Good to take a nap but not good for extended stay.”
It was close enough to restaurants and the beds were a decent size, but the place was dirty, had graffiti on the walls, holes in the walls, and the lights didn’t work.

Nothing positive. When I first got to the room the smoke detector was chirping; the manager came and removed it, and I said that’s not safe. He said don’t worry. The rooms smelled of mold; I tried airing it out but no help. We complained but there were no other rooms. Very disappointed. We left and asked for a refund, and I’m still fighting that.

I was denied a room even though I had already reserved and paid for one. The staff were the worst ever, consisting of only one woman, who refused to give me my booked room, my two service dogs, and I literally spent the whole night on the street in downtown Sacramento. Two ADA reps came to “educate her on disability rights,” but she wouldn’t let me leave her tiny back room. The next day was hot (in the 100s of degrees F) and my phone had died while I tried to call everyone I knew who might help, but to no avail, and I noticed I had lost my charger. I was made homeless, I am severely disabled, and I spent the following day desperately trying to find shelter and a place to charge my phone. I was hypoxic and one service dog and I literally got heatstroke after a security guard got a cop to kick us out of a safe haven where we were all trying to recover, but we were forced to buy a $25+ USB‑C cable. We finally found sanctuary at a Shake Shack and were able to charge enough to get paratransit. We are all severely traumatized and barely alive. I have proof, locations, and witnesses. Help us!

I was happy to find the hotel close to midtown, but the rooms felt gross—apparently you get what you pay for.

The staff were unfriendly, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, and roaches were running around inside.
