The location is good and close to the old city center. The bathroom outside the room is not suitable for anyone other than young people.

The price, décor, cleanliness, elegance, the host's style, and management are great, and it's close to Talaat Harb market and Nile Palace. The elevator sometimes breaks down, but the guard helps move items and deliver orders, and the bathroom is outside the room.

The refurbished room was air‑conditioned, had a fan, nice décor, internal cleanliness, sunlight, mild air, and quiet sleep for comfort, relaxation, safety, and no disturbances from other guests, all within a shared apartment of four rooms with a private bathroom for each room, located in the middle of a fifth‑floor building with an elevator and guard; the manager of the single apartment room was courteous, responded quickly to my mobile, and I thanked the Syrian owner, guard Mustafa, and Abdulrahim, who is his brother, for their impeccable manners, taste, responsiveness, and help with anything needed, easing any issues; everything you need is around you, including Talaat Harb market, Wadi Nile Palace, very close to the Cairo residents' promenade, Zamalek Corniche, Al Ajuzah, the engineers, and Al-Daqi—10 minutes by transport or a half‑hour walk for enchanting Egyptian evenings, especially at night, I love the bustling city center and the shopping is great and everything you need is just a few steps away. The address was unclear and the details were confusing; we struggled to enter on the first day, there was no contact number after confirming the booking, the building entrance was dirty with a view of the neighboring roofs, the whole building was dirty and old, there was no TV, fridge, towels, shampoo, or trash bin, only soap liquid in the private bathroom, but outside the room I had to hide every time to go to the bathroom and the elevator sometimes broke down; the street was crowded, especially at dusk, full of dogs at night which I don't like, the streets are very old, historic for hundreds of years for those who don't like it, the air conditioners needed filter cleaning to release cool air, so we had to clean them ourselves, a flaw in the apartment with more than one client.
