The price was cheap. Good location. The tram stop was right nearby and the connection to the main station was good. Sometimes there are guests who are unpleasant, especially as a woman it’s not so nice. Noise on the hallway, very loud.

The reception and overall service were wonderful! Thank you for being so considerate and attentive. The location is perfect for walking or taking public transport. Everything was great; I have no negatives to mention.

The staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the location was great with easy public transport links. Breakfast looked good and offered a decent variety. The room was noticeably chlorinated, so even after airing it out it still carried a pool‑like smell. The shower and toilet on the hallway were fine, as advertised, but there were only two toilets and one shower for eight to ten rooms—roughly 30 people—so that capacity seems overly optimistic. The rates matched those of larger hotels, yet here you get no in‑room toilet, so the price point feels a touch too high given the extra costs.
