“Earlier stays were good but this time it was average.”

The staff were polite, but the quality and taste of the vegetarian breakfast compared to last year were not good at all and need significant improvement; room cleanliness also needs improvement; we requested a 6‑hour extension by paying extra, yet the manager on duty was very adamant and not flexible, refusing to reduce the charges for the extended stay; as a regular customer of Balaji we expected some flexibility but did not find it.

The staff were insufficient, and even at checkout nobody came to the room to collect or help carry my luggage.

The place was clean, but the location feels too far inside Solapur.
