The place is in an excellent spot, just a stone’s throw from the center, and the breakfast was very good – they serve a tasty omelet with local goat cheese. We were pleasantly surprised by how much food they offered, especially after staying elsewhere in Göreme where the plates only had four thin slices of cheese and the omelet seemed made from half an egg. The front desk staff were outstanding; they arranged every reservation we asked for, from airport transfers to a whirling dervish show. The building itself is a restored 17th‑century mansion (Konak) with modern comforts, and you really feel the spirit of Kapadokya. There was nothing to complain about; the rooms are very private, each with its own entrance to the inner garden, which we really appreciated.
