The location is solid and the staff are helpful, but the beds weren't clean, the room felt cramped, and when we asked for hot water it didn't come until a technician was sent.

The place stayed clean and the spot near Taksim street is convenient, but the biggest problem was the lack of respect for quiet hours: the receptionist kept a Zoom call in the lobby and talked loudly until about 4 AM, making it hard to sleep, and the walls are like cardboard so sound travels. The hostel is tiny with little living space, so if you expect the usual social vibe of a hostel, this place falls short. On top of that, the hot shower failed and the water was freezing cold.

The team was friendly and flexible, everything was perfect; I only stayed in a room, not a dorm.
