The chef actually knows how to cook, but on one day my room had no water and they claimed everything was working, yet the hot water didn't stream. The bar had no alcohol and the bartender was playing billiards, showing no concern for guests. I paid $15 a day for the AC, and there were noises from neighboring rooms and from Holloway. My experience was terrible—I will never stay here again. Wi‑Fi required a password request and was weak in my room. There was no mirror in the bathroom, and the shower and toilet were combined, which was a joke; water splashed everywhere and stayed on the floor each time I used the toilet, making my feet wet. The TV was also a joke.

Nothing special at all. The hotel dogs barked all night, the breakfast was poor, and one night there was no water—hot water never worked. We paid for two nights and moved quickly to another hotel. We also paid for laundry services, but my wife's white top returned badly stained. No apologies or discounts were offered, and customer service was poor.

The room was nice with a bathroom, and the hotel is large with many rooms, giving plenty of space to wander. The showview area had a big TV and the style was pleasant. However, the shower water never got warm even after a long wait, and the Wi‑Fi usually didn't work in the room.

Breakfast was not great: when I arrived, most of the food was already gone and no staff were there to ask if I needed anything else. A mosquito net was not provided in the room, nor was a hand‑washing towel.
