We were grateful the hotel let us cancel free of charge that day, but the lack of instant hot water was very frustrating. The air‑conditioning fluctuated between cold and hot, making it impossible to sleep well. For almost four thousand dollars, the breakfast had only three hot dishes—definitely not worth a return stay.

The spot was spot on, right next to the boat launch for the lake tour, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the room never cooled down.
