Located near a tramway to the train station, it's 10 minutes from Strasbourg city centre, Petite France, and the Cathedral of the hotel's Lady.

Very pleasant welcome. We were switched rooms without any hassle as soon as we mentioned a constant noise from a light fixture. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very decent. The location is a bit far from the centre. The restaurant right across isn’t impressive, but the food is decent.

Good breakfast. We’re traveling with our very calm dog, for whom we paid 15 euros. She’s a German shepherd, sheds very little, and we always bring her litter. We had to eat separately in the play area while the child was in a large room with tables far from the buffet. The lady in charge told us that it would have been inconvenient for her to allow a dog to eat with us. This is the first time we’ve been treated like this in your chain, even though the hotel is equipped for children.
