I booked a poolside room but the website forced me to pick a room, and I never got the pool view; the outside area was a bit dirty but acceptable, and the continental breakfast was missing.
“A budget hotel.”
The beds were comfy, but there was no closet, the A/C unit was noisy, no bedside clock, no drinking glasses, the room number on the door was hard to read, the outside walkway had poor lighting making it unsafe to carry a suitcase, breakfast was not early enough for us, and there was nowhere to put our suitcase.
“Great stayover with vegas style pool!”
The pool is great, but the shower needs new caulking.
“Wouldn’t bother staying here again.”
Booking was simple and the location is good, yet the whole property needs proper maintenance: concrete floors are damaged with tripping hazards, light switches are broken, I asked for a pool view and didn’t get it, and the bed was uncomfortable.
