I liked the staff; they were very friendly and helpful. Initially, we were surprised that they didn’t know we were supposed to stay there, so we worried a bit about whether we would be accommodated, but the staff were kind. The rooms were outdated; instead of towels we had small hand towels that barely dried us. The bathroom had mold, and the shower area was dirty. The TV didn’t work, which bothered the kids. I think that when you pay a fairly high price for one night, it should be adequately equipped and clean.

The accommodation was clean and suitable for families with small children, but there were very few evening entertainment options nearby and the TV didn’t work.

“Krásné klidné místo”

Ms. Bibiana was very pleasant and helpful; she cooked a wonderful dinner and poured us a beer. Breakfast was excellent, but it’s a pity we were only there for one night. The coordinates on Booking were wrong, not the host’s fault, and Booking didn’t respond to the pension’s request to fix them.

“Un entorn preciós, però un hotel mal gestionat”

The setting in nature is great, just a few pistes away from a ski resort. We arrived late, it was hard to find the place because it’s poorly marked and even the GPS couldn’t locate it. The restaurant couldn’t serve us dinner because there was no staff, the shower had little water, and the beds were uncomfortable.
