The place was very quiet with excellent service from Débora and Lucas ♥️♥️, located on the way to the park, and not to mention the trip to Santana's Ranch, which was wonderful. Grateful 🙏🏻

My main goal was to stay after the Thermas de São Pedro park, and this property left me very satisfied. The location was great, the room was super clean, they provide linens (towels, blankets, bedding), and the staff were very attentive. It's a self‑check‑in service that works perfectly for those needing a short stay.

I loved my stay. well located. The room was super clean and fragrant. Service was great. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was a treat. Everything was fresh and tasty. Only the Jacuzzi, which I didn't use because I find it too personal and needs more frequent cleaning. I will definitely return. Regarding service and breakfast, cleaning was always impeccable. We had a small issue with the room light and they swapped it quickly.

The location was very convenient for visiting the Thermas park in 4 minutes and for getting food at Aguas de Sao Pedro in 5 minutes; the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the accommodations were very good, though the TV only offered open channels and could have been a smart TV.

“The team is willing to support and help, but the hotel definitely need repairs and maintenance”

Breakfast was good and the crew behaved nicely, but the infrastructure left a lot to be desired with numerous problems around the toilet, TV, remote control for the gates, and overall poor maintenance.
