Quiet hotel, well located near the metro. Breakfast was excellent, very generous and varied. Staff were friendly. I had asked for a hotel with parking, but the parking fee is ridiculously high at 45 € per day, even though it was advertised as available at booking… one could expect a special rate for hotel guests!

Central spot in Hietzing. The room is right at a crossroads, no parking (at least a discount for the public parking would have been nice). The blinds were not fixed despite my request.

Everything was great – a good room, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. There’s nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was very friendly and the robe service was prompt; the sauna stayed open until 23:00 and the location near U4/Schönbrunn is excellent. Each room has a coffee capsule machine and kettle, and the beds offer good sleep quality – I’ll definitely return! The windows couldn’t be tilted, only opened fully; I suspect there’s a reason I’m not aware of, and some guests had to slam their doors several times during the night – but the host can’t do anything about that.
