Each air-conditioned room has a refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee facilities, along with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The motel is 2 minutes' walk from Karuah RSL Club and 10 minutes' drive from Karuah National Park, with Newcastle Airport 20 km away.

The room was great and I was happy with it. The bathroom light flickered and needs fixing.

The location, just off the highway, was convenient for an overnight stop, and the walk to pizza and IGA was short. The place was clean. The room and bathroom were small, a bit old, and run‑down.

We missed breakfast entirely. The bathroom was cramped; my partner, standing 6ft 4in, had to sit sideways on the toilet. The space between the basin was also very small. The bed was too soft, and there was no fan, which was a problem since neither of us likes air‑conditioning. The plastic chairs were very uncomfortable too.
