Cristina was super friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. The bathroom and shower were a nightmare – rough tiles, low water pressure, and the whole area smelled like mildew. Plus, the neighborhood was pretty dirty and there were a lot of people sleeping on the street right in front of the building, which was a real turn‑off.
