The restaurant staff had a bad attitude, especially the lady at the egg station.

The environment was good, and everything else worked fine.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly and water leaked from the bathroom into the room.

The location was good and the food was okay, but the main entrance was blocked by a parking space so my taxi had to park on the road and carry the luggage. The room cleanliness was poor for a 4‑star hotel – I already complained to the hotel.
