“100% Perfecto”
The hotel director cared about us from arrival to departure—Mustafá—helped and gave advice on bargaining, prices, and moving around Cappadocia by bus (routes, stops), and also arranged the return bus to the airport (we didn’t know he could do that and took a taxi for 50/60 €; the bus was 15 € per person). The hotel is spectacular, a small 15‑room place, very pretty, exclusive, and intimate. A small hiccup with the reserved room was resolved quickly; they offered us a much better room and even had a personal touch for us (excellent management). The staff were super attentive and the breakfast buffet was very good, with beautiful rooftop views. Everything was truly perfect.
