I had a pleasant stay at Landmark Plaza Hotel yesterday. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was good. The service was satisfactory, and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the team for making my visit comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others. Specially Ferzin, the Guest Relations Officer, was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. She made me feel welcome and ensured a pleasant experience at Landmark Plaza Hotel. Excellent customer service and a great attitude! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very happy to give feedback because this is one of my favorite hotels; thanks to mis. Ferzin who always gave a good room with a smile, the reception Zafran, Eden, housekeeping Rahman, and Sunny. Very good.

The stay was excellent, thanks to the hospitality from the staff, especially miss Ferzin who was extremely attentive and welcoming; a big thank you to her and to receptionists Eden Nirmala Ranjani, and the floor boy Karthik Rahman. All good, will return.
