I had a very positive experience; the location is perfect for visiting Monopoli or, as we did, attending a cathedral ceremony nearby. Lady Virginia is very courteous, helpful, and empathetic. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is in a very close bar and is good. Highly recommended.
The kindness and friendliness of Lady Virginia, the location, and the room cleanliness are positives. The shower lacks a door and the breakfast bar service is limited. Because I’m lactose intolerant, the brioche wasn’t included in the hotel‑convened breakfast, so I had to pay for it separately.
The location is great, but finding free parking nearby is hard, and the private bathroom is right next to the room.
